Rural Cluster 3
New Rural Cluster Roles
We are so excited to be the hub church for Rural Cluster 3.
The idea of our Cluster is to bring together a number of rural parishes in a strategic and missional partnership, in order to resource new mission and ministry and enable growth across our churches. Working from the hub church at St Michael’s in Farnsfield, our ministry leads and co-ordinators will be active across the cluster offering input & expertise, equipping volunteers & teams, and working alongside local leaders to enable new ministries to establish and grow.
Earlier this year we recruited our Operations Manager, Contemporary Worship Co-ordinator, and Mission & Evangelism Lead and we are now recruiting for a fourth role of Children & Families Lead.
Our Children & Families Lead will have a strategic role in the formation of Children & Families ministries across Rural Cluster 3, supporting the creation of new worshipping communities, schools engagement, and the development of new ministries (such as after-school church, toddler groups, and Sunday service provision). A key part of the role will include releasing potential in others and developing children’s leaders and teams across the Cluster.
We believe ‘the harvest is plentiful’ (Luke 10:2) and are excited by the huge potential there is for growth as we partner together in this new way as rural churches. If you feel excited by that potential too then we would love to hear from you. For more information and for details on how to apply please see the attached documents.
